adding friends

while I'm trying to sort out the events I would like to post on my blog... can someone please help me and tell me how to add friends to my page? I honestly can't figure it out...

I realize it's been FOREVER since I've updated this thing...time sure does fly when you're having fun. Don't even know where to begin... except to say that I STILL need to pick up my new bike from Tome and Alli's!!! :)
